New memberships take 2 business days to process. After processing has occurred, you will then receive a confirmation email which prompts you to activate your membership. You can then download the Accor hotels App, log in to your account and access your digital card.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n6) You will be redirected to the booking page where you can select your hotel and room of choice<\/p>\n

The complimentary night is valid for a Standard Room however a higher room category may be available with an upgrade fee. The Stay Plus benefit is subject to allocation so not every available room is allocated for this purpose. If you\u2019re looking to use your complimentary night on a weekend or during special event periods, be sure to book well in advance. You can book up to 12 months in advance however the check-in and check-out date must be during your membership period.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n HOW MANY ROOMS CAN I BOOK AS A MEMBER?<\/span>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/button>\n \n

Members can book up to two rooms on membership rates, providing the member is staying in one of the rooms, and the dates of the second room are the same as the stay dates of the room occupied by the member.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The dining benefit is calculated based on how many people are dining. When one membership card is presented, the discounts are:<\/p>\n

25% off – one member
\n50% off – one member with a guest
\n33% off – one member with two guests
\n25% off – one member with three guests<\/p>\n

The membership card can be used for breakfast,lunch and dinner at participating hotel restaurants. In the Pacific only multiple membership cards may be presented to increase the discount for groups. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT STATUS LEVELS FOR THE ALL – ACCOR LIVE LIMITLESS PROGRAMME?<\/span>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/button>\n \n

As an Accor Plus member, you are also a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s global lifestyle loyalty programme. When you become an Accor Plus member, you will automatically qualify for a minimum of Elite Silver status and enjoy a bonus of 20 Status Nights.<\/p>\n

If you are an existing member of ALL with Classic status, you will be upgraded to Silver status. If you are a Silver or Gold member of ALL, you will either be upgraded from Silver to Gold and from Gold to Platinum upon receiving the 20 Status Nights bonus, or retain your Silver or Gold status. If you are a Platinum or Diamond member of ALL, you will retain this status as an Accor Plus member.<\/p>\n

\n HOW DO I ENJOY THE 20 STATUS NIGHTS BONUS?<\/span>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/button>\n \n

You can now enjoy a bonus of 20 Status Nights when you become an Accor Plus member. You will also automatically qualify for the 20 Status Nights bonus once every 12 months on each renewal of your Accor Plus membership.<\/p>\n

\n HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE 20 STATUS NIGHTS BONUS TO REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT?<\/span>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/button>\n \n

The bonus of 20 Status Nights will be reflected in your account one (1) day after your effective joining Accor Plus membership subscription date. For renewing memberships, the 20 Status Nights will be reflected on the 1st day of your new membership year.<\/p>\n

Your Accor Plus account may be suspended to prevent malicious activity from being carried out.<\/p>\n

This can occur when your account gets accessed on a suspicious IP address, such as using a VPN or public WIFI while travelling.<\/p>\n

While your account is suspended, you will not be able to:<\/p>\n
