How do I redeem my Stay Plus benefit?<\/h4>\n

The Stay Plus benefit, is designed to provide members with a complimentary night\u2019s accommodation in an Accor Hotel each year.<\/p>\n

Members can choose from a wide variety of participating hotels, resorts and apartments across Asia Pacific.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Plan<\/h4>\n

The Stay Plus complimentary night is subject to an allocation, meaning that not every available room is allocated for this purpose. If you are looking to use your Stay Plus complimentary night on a weekend or special event periods, be sure to book well in advance. You can book up to 12 months ahead. To check availability, simply sign-in to the Accor Plus website or use the Accor All app.<\/p>\n

In our Hotel Guide, within the individual hotel details, you will find any special conditions for the Stay Plus benefit, if they apply. For example, if a hotel requires a minimum length of stay or if the hotel does not participate in the Stay Plus benefit.<\/p>\n

It is wise to have a few dates in mind before exploring your desired destinations. The Stay Plus benefit is only available to primary members and is non-transferable.<\/p>\n

If your membership includes more than one Stay Plus night, please note that only one Stay Plus complimentary night can be used per stay. Multiple Stay Plus complimentary nights cannot be used during the same stay.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Book<\/h4>\n

Here\u2019s a step by step guide to help you book online<\/p>\n

Using www.accorplusdev.com:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log onto the Accor Plus website using your email address to sign-in and a password to log-on<\/li>\n
  2. Select your desired hotel destination and dates on the hotel page or homepage search section. Be sure to select yes in the Stay Plus drop down menu<\/li>\n
  3. The website will search based on your selection criteria and then display all hotels available for that date range which have a Stay Plus benefit available<\/li>\n
  4. In some cases a Stay Plus benefit may not be available, based on your selection criteria. In this case, if available the search results may offer you the option to use your Stay Plus benefit towards a room upgrade to the next category.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Log onto the ALL Accor app using your email address to sign in and a password to log-on<\/li>\n
    2. If you have a Stay Plus night available, it will appear at the top of your home screen.<\/li>\n
    3. First, select your chosen destination, dates and room requirements.<\/li>\n
    4. Press the toggle at the top of the screen to see rates using your Stay Plus complimentary night. You will see the rates change below.<\/li>\n
    5. Scroll down and tap on your preferred hotel.<\/li>\n
    6. Press \u2018See room rates\u2019 and choose your preferred room.<\/li>\n
    7. If you wish, you can compare rates with or without using your Stay Plus night by pressing on the toggle.<\/li>\n
    8. Click \u2018Select this rate\u2019 to make your booking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
